OUR MISSION STATEMENT

SF Title and Escrow, Inc., is a title agency that provides title services within the State of Florida, but situated for the Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach market areas.  We perform title searches, title examinations, facilitate closings and at the end of the transaction issue a title insurance policy that will insure the financial investment to the buyer and/or lender.  Title Companies are competitive in their pricing, it all boils down to the accuracy of their searches, the ability to clear title matters timely, and conduct a smooth and successful closing all in a seamless process to the consumer.  We strive on exceptional customer service through efficiency, communication, and innovative technology that shows our commitment to excellence.  We will look for changes in all areas and make it a driving force.  Our company goal is to strive to make every transaction a smooth and successful experience for the consumer.  All employees of SF Title and Escrow pride themselves on a high standard of customer care.  In addition, our objective must be to achieve in an ethical, moral manner and in strict accordance with all the Laws, the rules and regulations imposed by the State, Underwriter and a Code of Conduct contained herein.  SF Title and Escrow, Inc., has the spirit of entrepreneurship that covers from seeing ourselves as a partner with our customers and the community.
